So, Customer Education feels like trying to teach a toddler to tie their shoes, right?

With a small team and constant software updates, keeping our curriculum current feels impossible. Every time we finish a module, the software gods release a new version!

Then there are the custom training requests: “Can you make a course specifically for my team and their favorite snacks?” Sure! Right after I finish juggling flaming swords while riding a unicycle.

And don’t even get me started on pricing. “This course is $49.99, but how about a bonus lesson on ‘How to Deal with Confused Customers’ for an extra fee?”
Finally, prioritizing updates is a tough call. “Do I fix the ‘Advanced Features’ or the ‘How to Find the Submit Button’ guide?”

Spoiler: the latter always wins!

But when a customer finally says, “Wait, I can do that?” it makes the chaos worth it.
