1. Cutting down hiring costs: Did you know that 4 out of 5 companies reported reduced hiring costs in FY24 by investing in internal talent development?
   Think about it → instead of constantly recruiting externally, they’re nurturing the talent they already have. That’s a smart move.
2. Emerging skills are spotlighting: 64% of organizations focus on building emerging skills for early-career professionals with Learning and Development projects.
3. Top training priorities for FY25: Speaking of skills, AI, data science, and cyber security are the top training priorities for FY25.
   Companies are doubling down on these areas to stay ahead of the curve, and it’s clear why: These skills are essential for business innovation and operational efficiency.
4. Sector-Specific Insights: The IT and analytics sectors are in charge of investing in AI and data science. 

Meanwhile, the BFSI sector is laser-focused on cyber security. These sectors are making big moves to adapt and grow, leveraging tech to stay competitive.
